I have worked for the last 2 years at Guacho Liverpool, preparing and serving fine wines and cocktails to a broad range of people, from international Liverpool fans to celebrities. I have made lots of new friends and have grown my bartending knowledge with expierence batching cordials, juices and purees and crafting exquisite cocktails. I have represented Gaucho at events such as the Tour of Britain 2024, and worked at other sites across the UK such as Gaucho Edinburgh and Leeds. Outside of bartending I enjoy travelling and teaching, having worked in the United States as a Camp counsellor and trained Muay Thai (Thai boxing) in Thailand. I consider myself to be an adventerous person, able and willing to throw themselves into new and exciting situations with a desire to learn and progress in whatever industry i find myself in.
