Hello, I'm Emma.
Eager, charismatic and ready to take on a new challenge, is how I describe myself. After successfully finishing my Bartending course in Kos, I am excited to put this new knowledge into practice, along with my previous experience.
Previously I have worked as a Teamlead within a restaurant, Sushi Today. Here I was responsible for various things. For starters, leading the team, making schedules, training new employees, working behind the bar, serving guests, etc. This was a very broad role where I have learned a lot about being behind the bar, but also overseeing a restaurant. Before this, I have worked and successfully finished my internships within retail. I did this at Blokker and Albert Heijn. In these roles I was responsible for running the register, helping and advising customers, etc. With these experiences, I think I would be a great addition to my next challenge.
