I worked as a trainee accountant in a national company, but I soon realized that working with numbers was not what I wanted to do with my life. So I quit my previous job and I would sometimes go to my kendo teacher's bar to have a hand for pouring beer. I found myself enjoying the atmosphere of working at the bar, but I had never touched a cocktail until I came to EBS, and I was sure that bartending was the way I wanted to live!
