An enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in bartending. Very keen to expand knowledge of mixology and eager to return to the hospitality industry.
Past experience in multiple industries has led to me developing vital skills and being able to work well both individually and as part of a team. Having many years' worth of experience in the hospitality industry was a huge advantage to achieving a successful grade at the International Bartender Course (European Bartender School, New York). Prior to enrolling with European Bartender School I worked as a Sales Executive for a luxury motor brand (Jaguar Land Rover) where I further developed my customer service skills as well as improving stress management/working under pressure, problem solving, and communication (which helped to enhance my ability to rapport-build).
