Especially through my time at Fischer Ammersee, I feel that my work resilience was elevated through handling constant situations of stress. I got the chance to learn service through script work and schoolings from CBC Erlebnisgastromie, to have barista and bartender trainings, a schooling about beer and cocktail creation prior to EBS and to participate in wine tastings.
