Hello, I'm Shane.
I am a 22 years old Zimbabwean lady who walk around with a smile on the face. Currently working as a Barista, even though I can work on my on, being part of an exciting team is what drives me the most.
It all started as a sales person at De Villiers Chocolate Inc, marketing and promoting chocolates and it was a success. I moved on to a new challenge as a Barista, this is were my social expertise came in hand. This time cleanness was the biggest attribute that worked in my favor. When I was doing my 4 weeks course one of the stations had to close because the lady who was working at the pod was not clean enough. They called me and I had to teach her that cleanness is important especially if you are selling people things they have to put in their mouths. To be a team player you have to be a leader and faithfulness helps for a team to succeed in each and everything.
