Most of my job experience has been as a barista since 2016, my first job as at The Fun Factor in Maghull, I then went on to work for Fillmore & Union, and after that I helped my dad open a café in Knaresborough. I believe that has helped when moving behind a bar. in march 2022 I started work at a Thai restaurant in Harrogate Giggling Squid, at my time there I worked behind the bar, during my time there, that's where I got the feel for working behind a bar. after doing my EBS course I have worked in a few bars getting to put what I leant to use. I recently achieved my WSET Level 1 Award in Wines whilst working at Roland's Harrogate
