I began my journey as a bartender in 2019 at the cocktail/nightclub La Boucherie in Copenhagen, part of REKOM. 2 years later I was named Head Bartender and continued in that role for 2 years after which I sought a new challenge at the Michelin guide recommended Restaurant Pluto also in Copenhagen.
