Since I was a teenager I was in the world of customer service, I started working as a glass washer during my university. Then, I became interested in the world of cocktails, to the point of specializing professionally, it is essential for me to understand the function and work of the bartender, which goes beyond serving a cocktail, the principles of respect, administration , patience, speed, cleanliness, effectiveness and customer service.
