Energetic Finnish with an open personality, passionated about cocktails and tastes. Even though I do love a good sour drink I have a very sweet personality.
I worked my first bar job for Hilton in The Netherlands, which made me fell in love with bartending. Learned a lot of stress management during this period on busy Saturday nights, while working alone in the bar, preparing and also serving drinks. I had the best time while working with Hilton, I teached myself a lot by using google and youtube, my bar manager at the time encouraging me to dig further into bartending and share my knowledge later with my team when I became a bar supervisor. Creating an exceptional experience for the customer by providing good knowledge on drinks and being able to add your own creativity with mixing is what makes bartending for me more like a way of living. This has really brought my already positive, kind and energetic personality to life. Meeting new people around the world and learning about new cultures, while making drinks is what makes bartending my passion.
