Hello, I'm Manouk.
Social, friendly and hardworking bartender with one year of experience. I have been working as a assistant barmanager for almost a year now. My love for cocktails and creating them has grown immensely over the year.
I have been working in different restaurants as a waitress and supervisor for over 6 years now. Since i completed the International Bartender Course in Kos in 2022, my interest in bartending has grown immensely. My first ever job abroad was working in a fine dining restaurant in Bonaire where I also had to bartend, where I learned so many classic cocktails. After finishing my course I decided to come back to kos to work in one of the EBS night clubs. After the season ended I landed myself a job as a assistant barmanager at a really big restaurant and cocktail bar in Breda, The Netherlands. I still work here and it’s super fun, but secretly I miss traveling and working in different countries.
