

Hello, I'm Jack.
Friendly, and smiley bartender from London with a good sense of humour. I love to serve people and make them happy. I have been working various jobs since i was 14 and have a considerable amount of bar experience as well.
I have worked at Galatea Club on Kos full time as a bartender where i refined the skills i learned at EBS during both the bartending and mixology courses, perfecting the recipes i learned as well as inventing a few of my own. Since then I worked that The Thomas Cubitt, a high end pub in London where I specialised in making craft cocktails as well as learning about wine. Although it was a high pressure environment I adapted to this and feel that it only improved my skills and gave me valuable experience behind the bar in a very professional environment. I currently work at Ballie Ballerson in Edinburgh where I’ve improved my flair skills and speed whilst working. I also worked for a term full time as a TA at a Primary School (Thomas’ Kensington) during 2022 so have good interpersonal skills as well as a sense of responsibility.
