Multilingual, ambitious bartender from Switzerland looking for new challenges
Currently (winter season) I am working in the French mountains as a bartender in a 4* hotel, where I also have the possibility to create new cocktails and experiment with different spirits. Until 2021 I worked several years at a bar in the outskirts of Zurich. I started part time since I was working full time as a receptionist and later at a tour operator. In 2015 I went on my first world trip and in the following years - in between traveling - I worked full time at that bar. It was fun working there and an unforgettable experience but after a while there was no challenge anymore; I knew everything and everybody but I love to learn new things and I need challenges. I didn’t know much about cocktails since our guests usually drank beer or long drinks. Therefore I made the International Bartender Course in Greece in 2022 to learn more about bartending and cocktails. The course was very interesting, I loved it and I want to work in a bar where I can deepen my knowledge about cocktails. I love discovering new places and cultures and learning languages. I travelled a lot and I want to work abroad. I speak four languages fluently (German, Spanish, English and French) and I have a good knowledge of Italian. I love languages, this is another reason why I want to live abroad; to learn and improve languages while bartending. I am an ambitious person and if I do something, I do it right and I always give my best.
