Welcome, I am Moritz 20 years old and born in Germany. I currently work as a paramedic back home but after my first experience with EBS Phuket I am motivated for something new! You'll get to know a attentive and polite Bartender :)
I am a young motivated newcomer! Be aware that this is nothing negative. EBS gave me a good base to start with (International Bartender course).This is what I want to use to expand my knowledge and gain new skills in a classic cocktailbar. I need a employer who believes in young professional Bartenders! Thanks to my previous job I'm able to manage very stressful situations and work with a clear, structured mindset. It also gave me the ability to think and work creative to find solutions in a team. While I was in school I already gained some experience in a local boutique restaurant. For me bartending means to use my skills to give the costumers a pleasant time to enjoy their stay. Thats why in want to make sure that certain standards never get out of sight. Attentiveness, politeness, speed, efficiency and a clean bar means a high value to me.
