I have worked in hospitality since I was 14 where waitressing quickly made me fall in love with the industry entirely. I developed my culinary skills and gained more chef work, however, I began to miss the atmosphere the customers generated. Therefore, I began working some shifts behind the bar and quickly realised where my passions lie.
