I have been working in F&B for 10 years now, I started as a food runner in a ski resort in West Virginia, but when the time to come home came, I started working as a server/waiter, host, cashier, busser, barback, bartender and general manager in different restaurants and bars. I am also the very first Chilean person in completing the International Bartender Course(4 weeks) and the Mixology course in EBS London. Now, I'm currently based in Limerick, Ireland. Holding an stamp 4 Irish residence permit
