To see the hotel, catering and bar industry from a different angle is my goal. I grew up as a hotel owner son in Tyrol, Austria but not as a spoiled child but as a guy who is capable of working in the bar, service, kitchen, reception and as a house technician since a few years now. I know about many aspect of hospitality and what it means to be polite, friendly and helpful. I want to meet new people and make friends with them, no matter where they're from. Seeing some parts/cities of the world is another point of motivation. The main motivation to bartend for me is to fascinate people and make them happy. I like to hear about their experiences with different spirit brands or drinks and want to tell them my knowledge about history, taste and variety of various kinds of drinks and alcohol. Definitly a teamplayer and thankful to be able to improve my English.
