I have been working in hospitality for around 10 years now in different types of restaurants, from fast service to long dining with everything that comes with it. I have vast knowledge about wines, food, coffee and now also spirits and cocktails. I’m multi-lingual and can work in any environment. Pressure and high-service standards are very familiar to me. Excellence is something I strive for. Teamwork and a good work environment are extremely important to me. Making sure that all my guests have an amazing experience. That is the reason why I go to work. Doing the extra effort for the guests and finding ways to surprise and amaze them. That’s what makes me happy.
