I had the EBS course as my first experience behind the Bar and I would be happy to learn more about the Job as Bartender in the future. As a snowboard instructor I learned how to read people, how are they feeling and how I can help them to get comfortable in my environment. Plus, as an IT Supporter I learned how to deal with difficult or complicated clients so that, at the end, everyone is happy.
