Hello, I'm Juan Jose.
I’m someone who always enjoys the little things in life, usually I’m talkative with everyone and I love making conversations. I love traveling and living my life to the max! ☺️
I’ve worked as a bartender for almost a year and a half in some places, since I’m from Colombia I worked in a very recognized and amazing bar called “El Mono Bandido” where I mostly did the role of bartender, I loved working there because it was a very relaxed and friendly space. Also I worked for several months in a high end restaurant called “Cafe Boulud” in Palm Beach - Florida. The work here was quite different because of the etiquette rules and the design of the cocktails, I learned a lot from everyone here and made such amazing friends that it became a special place in my heart. Both of these big experiences led me to the EBS in Rome, it made me who I am today and I’m still growing, meeting bartenders and people from all over the world. I’m open to learn a lot more and working anywhere in the world where I can be myself and also teach whoever needs it!
