Born in South Africa, I have been in hospitality for 6 years. I am a passionate mixologist, and a hard worker with an eye for detail, I like making drinks and drinking them. I have worked in various bars, as well as having the EBS certificate (European Bartending School) as well as a business managments diploma from Boston Academy. I have a lot of experience in managment, coming from experience as a Production Manager, Beverage Manager/Mixologist at the 5 star resort the One & Only Cape Town, and am currently a Front of House manager in Camps Bay, one of the most busy and upmarket restaurant and bar locations in Cape Town. I have an in depth understanding of bar stock control, varience control, costing, back end POS management (depletions, costings etc..) I have experience in learning and development, and have trained and developed 2 bar teams. As well as having given multiple masterclasses at the One and Only. I am looking to take my career back to the Netherlands. As I would like to work and develop a bar to a top 50 standard, as well as persue my own personal ambition in cocktail competitions and traveling shifts.
