13 years of hospitality experience. When I was 18 yo, I began doing kitchen help in a restaurant. After my hotel management graduation, I went straight to a 4* hotel (Belgium/Mercure hotel) I was in charge to the breakfast, brasserie and restaurant. Later on, I traveled in Australia and chile for several months, doing some hospitality works. When I came back to Belgium I worked as a head waitress for 3 years in a 4* hotel. That job, gave me the opportunity to grow and got the experience I needed to become responsable of a Thai street food of a famous chain. Where I still work. I’m in charge of the operation of the restaurant. Then, I had this amazing will to become a bartender. So I worked for 6month (as a second job) as a bartender in a 4* hotel. And I decided to take the 4 weeks EBS course in New York, which I successfully and happily completed ! This experience opened my mind and made me realise my background is still to grow. I really need to explore this area as a bartender and of course continue to progress. I hope to hear from you soon, Torres Adriana
