Creative, dedicated and client oriented bartender with lots of ideas and always open to acquire new knowledge.
I can’t say I am a regular bartender. Previous to going to New York to do the 4-weeks bartender course I was working in a big 4 as an auditor. However it did not make me half as happy as I was during the five months I worked as a bartender in Maastricht. I consider myself creative, attentive and curious and those qualities make me think one step ahead about everything, including cocktails. How can they be changed? What is in them that makes them so complex yet so simple? I love to guess what a client may like and try to give them the best option based on the knowledge I gained about products during the courses I have taken in EBS and my own experience. I am always open to learn more and share my knowledge. Having also worked an office job has also improved my communication skills with clients and peers as well as my negotiation and organization skills. I am also good at working in teams, delegating tasks and having a broad perspective.
