Hello, I'm Jason.
I’m a friendly and happy guy who has a real interest in making cocktails, developing my flare skills and hospitality.
I’m a 20year old male with a passion for hospitality I have worked in this industry since 15, in many different roles, I’m friendly, organised and motivated to give customers a memorable experience. I’m familiar with classic and modern cocktail recipes but am not afraid to experiment and create personalised cocktail upon request. I’m always keen to learn new techniques from others! I have knowledge of a vast amount of cocktail a couple of my favourites to drink and make is the amaretto sours and a pornstar martini. I’ve worked in a cocktail bar as a manager so have many useful skills to bring to the table I’m always enthusiastic and love working in hospitality, I’m a team player but can also work alone, I know my fair share about each type of alcohol, I have some basic flare skill, and am a mixologist! I have completed a rum tasting in which I was able to distill my own rum!
