Hello, I'm Elisée.
Friendly, cool, serious and creative bartender and headwaiter. I'm from Belgium and of course i love to speak about beers ans others spirits. My 1st languagues is french but i can also speak english, spanish and dutch.
Before, i had the certificate in EBS Barcelona, i worked already in a 3 stars hotel in Luxemburg like headwaiter and bartender. However, this formation give me the opportunity to be more creative in my job. I created cards with differents ingredients from all world with my own syrups, or special alcohol. This job give me the responsabilities like if it was my own hotel. Before, this experience i was waiter in a big group in France learnt me the pressure.
