Teamwork is the part of a job that I value most. Throughout my past experiences, I most enjoyed the positions where I got the opportunity to be part of a big team of people, all working together to make sure that we gave our visitors the best experience possible. That is why being a bartender appeals to me so much. The bar staff all work together to make the place run smoothly. I would hope to fit into a good team of people and help add to the cohesion!
