

Hello, I'm Ethan.
Creative, friendly and fun to work with, with a love for gin. From wales but have been living in Cyprus since September 2018. Recently received my WFA yellow certificate Love working in a team, however I work equally as well alone.
My first job was working in a gin bar in Swansea. This is where I fell in love with bartending; I like making cocktails. After a few years of training and coaching, I now make my own cocktail recipes.To see the smiles on customers faces when they taste my cocktails is amazing. After Swansea, I went to work in a restaurant in Cyprus where I was the head bartender. That role involved the creation of new drinks; creating drinks lists for that venue, plus any speciality cocktails for the events. I also stood in as manager when owner was away. Currently I’m working as a Hotel Bar Supervisor.This role consists of undertaking daily stock checks, maintaining good guest relations as well as overseeing and supporting all the staff in my team. In addition to this I train the staff on the correct procedures for creating cocktails, as well as the correct procedure when opening and closing the bars in order to maintain a high level of hygiene, and efficient running of services.
