Friendly, half-Italian half- American bartender living in London. I have a passion for cocktails, and a strong sense of hospitality and work ethic.
I seek to excel in all of my endeavours, both in my education, where I consistently achieved the maximum grades, and professionally. Working at The Biltmore in Mayfair I learned how to consistently provide the highest-quality service and how to communicate with all kinds of guests effectively. It ignited a passion in me for creative and bespoke cocktail creation. The chance to collaborate with different spirit brands gave me a newfound appreciation for quality assurance. Working in sales at Obby taught me how to effectively manage high-stress situations on the daily, and how to excel at customer service. I love to be sociable and engage with my customers and travelling and my international upbringing have made me capable of relating to a wealth of people.
