I’m a French bartender with over four years of experience across France, Australia, and Spain. After graduating from EBS Barcelona, I began my journey at Le Comptoir Général in Paris before joining the Herbarium Bar at the 4-star Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers. These first experiences taught me the fundamentals of hospitality, guest experience, and the ability to craft cocktails under pressure while handling high-volume service. I then moved to Australia, where I worked at Miss Moneypenny’s and Sofia’s Restaurant & Bar, developing strong cocktail-making skills in fast-paced, high-end environments. More recently, I was part of the opening team at Experimental Chalet in Val d’Isère and worked at Sofitel Barcelona Skipper 5*, refining my service standards in luxury hospitality. I also gained valuable experience at Feroz, a fast-paced, fully Spanish-speaking environment, where I significantly improved my Spanish and strengthened my ability to connect naturally with local guests. Building genuine relationships and fostering customer loyalty is a key part of my approach to hospitality. Passionate about cocktails, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences, I’m now seeking a new opportunity to grow within a dynamic and creative bar team.
