Hi! I’m a young Italian boy in love with the cocktails world. I developed this passion in my dad's bar in Italy and after graduating with EBS I am ready to start working in the world!
My experience was born in my dad's bar, where I first learned the organisation and cleanliness of the workplace, the bar. Then I developed an interest in the world of cocktails, experimenting during the preparation of aperitifs and private events up to taking a course to become an International Bartender with EBS.
