Hello, I'm Michelle.

Hi I am a very open minded person, who tries to spread good vibes to everyone who comes across. Passionate about flavours and interested in working with new ingredients.

My life has always taken place in hospitality or gastronomy and I couldn't imagine how it would be without it. During my apprenticeship I worked mostly at the reception of an hotel but I was able to learn and work in the other departements aswell (as par example events, human ressources or accountings and many more). As i am a passionate traveler I went traveling a lot, met so many beautiful people and i was able to learn a lot about life, different people and cultures which made me grow. I got lucky and got a job as a manager in a pop up Bar and restaurant for two month where I learned more about how to work with employees, organize different things as bookings special enquiries of guests and employees, staff management, accounting again and just making sure that everything went well and everyone was happy. As that is my goal in general and the people i work with are very prescious, i really enjoyed these two intense month. After I went back to my job as receptioniste but apparently it got too boring for me and i was looking for something new and different where i could grow further. I started as a store manager in a ice cream shop. This job was perfect. there were so many new things to learn for me it was very diverse. I was in charge of production, accounting staff management, hygiene and much more. Next Chapter is the Bartending School in Cape Town and hopefully soon some working experience in a nice Bar. Very excited about what is yet to come
