Hello, I'm Hubert.

Salutation, In the hospitality and service business for 5years now, I've been studying and working abroad for few years in this industry. I want to work in a place with a good atmosphere and where creativity and spirit are key.



I start in the hospitality industry has a line cook in a Mexican cuisine in Toronto/Canada for 1 year and half, then I went back in France, there I work for 6months as a waiter in a restaurant specialised in good meat. I decided to change and start a new journey has a bartender, I had the opportunity to work under the wing of a really good bartender who teach me a lot about recipe but also mixology, work with brand and supplier. It was an amazing time, i have done that for 2yrs and I decided to move to discover the bartending scene outside of France so I apply to the EBS course, that i successfully pass!
