Hello, I'm Olivier.
Clean, creative and friendly bartender from The Netherlands who's always in for a quick laugh. With a passion for cocktails, barista and beer I'm a bartender with a feeling for giving the guest a perfect drink for each moment.
For a period of 4 years I have worked at Hotel Blue in Nijmegen. Starting as Head Bartender, growing to Bar Manager and eventually Bar & Restaurant manager. In these years I have contributed to the growth of the Blue Bar, designing craft cocktails using advanced techniques, always looking for a balanced layering of flavours. Besides that I was responsible for ordering & stock procedures, regulating and training staff to stimulate cost awareness and revenue focussed ways of working. All whilst protecting both service & hospitality standards. Now looking for a new challenge, hoping to develop myself further and extend my comfort zone even further.
