Dynamic and Innovative bartender from India. Love to infuse alcohols with spices and herbs. Mixology opened my cocktail knowledge to another level. Nowadays tequila and mezcal cocktails are in a rise for their earthy flavour.
I travelled to some countries in Europe like France, Spain, Portugal, Poland and Germany. I’ve worked as a Bartender in Spain(events), Poland, India and United Kingdom.. Madrid’s sunny climate and fast paced work style gives a lot of experience. And well Poland cold and cloudy.. krakow’s nightlife is so good, UK’s bustling weekends, late night parties was so energetic and refreshing to work, even I worked for a company called liquor collective in London and Glasgow as a Head bartender. It all started in a Nepali restaurant in Warsaw, Poland. I worked as a rookie bartender there it’s cuisine goes well with the alcohol. When Guests asks about the history of cocktail I don’t know what to say so I went to Ebs and Learned about classic cocktails, liquors, liqueurs etc.. now I’m open to travel the world with some good knowledge in bartending/mixology. But this is not the end, So I’d love to learn more..
