I completed a 3 year apprenticeship as a waiter in Switzerland. During this apprenticeship i learned a lot about All areas of hospitality. Including Food and Drinks. After this i started working in different Restaurants and improved my skills. I also started working in administration. Which meant planing for upcoming events, working together with the kitchen in order for everything to run smoothly, Managing reservations, and ordering beverages for the upcoming week’s.
