Certificated by EBC (Européen Bartender School) in Paris, I have acquired a large number of techniques in cocktail preparation. I practiced this profession at Andia and Deep Fish (Moma group) for more than two years. This enriching experience allowed me to master the profession of barmaid and develop my mixology skills. I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and discover the world of hospitality with a 5-month contract at Sky Bar. I have worked more than 10 years as a shop assistant and assistant manager in luxury Parisien shops. So I cumulated an excellent customer service skills, a huge experience adaptation to different situations and a good ability to demonstrate diplomacy with a demanding clientele.
