Passionate, curious and smiley, I'm a french bartender who thrives during busy nights !
Working in the same Four star Hôtel for three years now, I became the head bartender very quickly. Continuously improving myself and my work space so I can give the best to the guests, to the team and to the business. I now get to create the cocktail menu, with classic and signature cocktails. It is also my responsability to train the new bartenders, who were, for some of them, beginners and became top bartenders. I make sure the mise en place behind the bar is always on point because I believe this is the key to a very good shift. Good prepation allows everyone to work efficently, stressless, giving everyone the opportunity to be kind and welcoming to the guests while serving everyone quickly. I set up a cocktail of the week. We all work together to create a fun and delicious cocktails.
