hello, i am Nicolas from Colombia. I am friendly and passionate for what I do. I am a fast learner and cocktail lover.
Since 2019 I have been involved with the restaurant industry. As a student I used to work in a restaurant in Colombia, then I moved to the USA to learn English. once I was in the USA, I got a job as the waiter helper so I used to clean the tables, collect the empty glasses so the bartender did not run out of glasses and making sure everything was prepared to the clients. this restaurant - bar opened me the opportunity to get to know more about the bar and that is why I decided to learn more about cocktails and this industry which I loved it.
