I have the personality of a Sazerac, strong as the Cognac, with a hint of sweetness ;)
I have developed skills and values that I consider necessary for give a quality customer service; and it is through the various work experiences i have had, that I deeply understand the importance of offering a unique experience to the customer, in addition to satisfying their needs and also keeping in mind generating benefits for the company. I forged an adequate presence before clients, efficient communication skills, and special attention to detail, i´m able to managing the different situations that may arise. In the same way, my leadership skills have been strengthened with the direction of tourist groups to which, adding my charisma and enormous smile, have allowed my personal and professional signature. All this is part of my characteristics as a worker, highlighting my pro activity, the ability to remain calm and be decisive in stressful situations.
