Passionate bartender, in love with cocktails, spirits and everything regarding bar. I have the ambition to improve my skills day by day with study and hard work. Looking for an exciting and stimulating job.
Since the first time behind the counter, I realised this was the job of my life. I spend a lot of time studying recipes, ingredients, homemades, menus and everything about drinks and cocktails. In my first work-experience I learnt how to work fast maintaining high quality in order to satisfy costumers in a very crowded bar, even in critical situations. I also learnt how do to inventory, run a bar, work in a team in an efficient and enjoyable way and relate to a young clientele. In my second job I expanded my knowledge and understood how to maintain a high-lever service, work faster, cleaner and more professionally. I acquired new skills in waiting and barbacking and understood how to relate to a sophisticated and internationally clientele. I loved every single experience I made, enjoying my time with colleagues and costumers in all the venues I worked. Indeed I am positive, funny and friendly, but also very serious, accurate and strict, according to what the situation requires.
