Hard-working, friendly bartender from England with a deep interest in cocktail history, craft beer and scotch whisky.
I would proudly call myself a grafter. In my last job I worked for a tailoring firm based in Central London. I was no stranger to working long hours, and working on commission I learnt quickly that you get out what you put in. I'm great with people. The direct sales aspect of bespoke tailoring was perfect in developing my professional, friendly character. I'm also a bit of a nerd. Especially when it comes to all things liquid. At home I'm a home-brewing hobbyist. I love learning about how beers, wines and spirits are made, their history and the history of iconic cocktails. I was able to put this passion into practice when I did a week's work experience at a family friend's cidery and distillery in Cornwall.
