I began to work as a bartender during my law studies, first in a restaurant and then in a wine bar. In both of them, I usually worked alone behind the bar and in the room, it taugh me to take on the responsibilities of being the only employee in contact with the customers, to manage a number of orders at the same time and to resist the stress that this entails. Especially in the wine bar, I learnt how to advice guests on their choice of wine and how to train my new coworkers. EBS gave me the basics on cocktails and liquors and allowed to improve myself regarding the bartending.
