

Hello, I'm Zaccary.
I am a creative and enthusiastic bartender, and enjoy basic mixology and the crafting of good-tasting classic cocktails, as well as adding twists to well-known favourites. I take pride in making drinks look and taste as good as possible.
I have worked at a bar for about 6-7 months, and thoroughly enjoyed it. In one particular night, I was asked by the customer to make "something fruity, with a white rum base"; I was new to bartending at the time, but put together a drink with various fruity flavours as well as blue curacao for visual appeal. The customer loved the drink and multiple other tables ordered "what she had", which was wonderful to see and is what originally sparked my passion for mixology in particular, and is one of the most notable experiences, which changed bartending in my mind from "just another job" to a proper craft, and led to me attending EBS.
