I am experienced in doing table service á la carte as well as food running, although I am first and foremost a bartender and an expert in mixing classic cocktails to perfection. I also possess profound knowledge of beer, spirits, wine and food, and I enjoy guiding people in making the right choice of beverage or food, depending on their individual taste preference. As head bartender I managed scheduling, making sure that we had enough (but not too much) staff at all times. I organized the bar and storage facilities, and implemented opening and closing procedures, including routines for maintaining cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere. I also determined assortment while ensuring stock levels by doing regular stock takes and ordering goods. Furthermore, I developed menus and created signature cocktails. All mentioned was in addition to my everyday responsibilities of serving customers and creating unforgettable moments.
