For me it's important to work efficient and clean but with a smile. I like creating new cocktails and practicing flair. It's important for me to present beautiful and delicious drinks. At my previous job at the bar I learned to make numerous cocktails on different tickets at the same time. Multi tasking and communication were the key to succes! You learn to work together in the most efficient ways. Plus, it was fun!
