I got my bartender’s certificate at european bartender school in Barcelone on last September and after that I did some extra. After, I had the occasion to enter in a luxury hotel group « Millesime » in Megeve Where I started as an bar back for the hivernal season. where I had the chance to learn and evolve very quickly with a very king and good with my head manager. The place it was an amazing rooftop bar with a vews on the moutain. We make a great cocktails elaborated with lots of researsh, with homemade syrups and with a story about each cocktail. the menu it was elaborate on the 7 deadly sins and it was intersting to speak with customers to discover which cocktail suited them best. Today, Im still at Millésime but for summer season Im next to « Cannes » at a beach bar/restaurant. Here I take the place I took the status of the first bartender during this opening under trust of the group bar manager. It super intense because I learn to manage my team and I still learn the work of barmaid. Also, I learn to work in « fast send bar » with while keeping the standing that the Millesime group wishes to anchor in all homes. Also, I grew up in the restaurant world because my mother worked all his life in this world, with his restaurant. So I quickly acquired the automatisms of the restoration, and a good relation with the customers. I live and I work with others and my favorite quote is « it is not necessary to extinguish the light of the other so that ours shines » said Gandhi. So for me, team spirit is there the best key to success.
