Graduated from India’s top hotel management college, Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, Delhi, and underwent Industrial training from ITC Rajputana, Jaipur, A Luxury Collection Hotel. Along with my college, I did a WSET level 1 & 2 Award in Wines and an International Bartending Course from European Bartending School, Goa. Recently, I did a Mixology course from European Bartender School as well as menu engineering and liquor upselling from Diageo Bar Academy. I am passionate about creating a great customer experience through drinks, and there are times when I have gone above and beyond to create a memorable guest experience. Though I have certifications proving my love for beverages, my guest-handling and problem-solving abilities are the most valuable for me. I am comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds or lifestyles. I have recently completed my graduation and am excited to use the skills and knowledge that I have acquired through this and my experience to elevate the guest experience in many ways. “Sustainability and efficiency, without compromising the quality” is my aim while performing any task. I provide great solutions through critical thinking and a unique approach toward my objectives. Above all, I am still learning new things daily to improve.
