Hello, I'm Viktor.
Whether it's from my time working in restaurants or healthcare, ensuring that people are enjoying themselves, feeling safe & comfortable has always been a key for me to feel I am doing my job correctly alongside my team.
In regards to the service industry I have spent two years working as a waiter and one year and a half as a bartender. The first workplace was at a high tempo venue hosting around 1000+ guests a night, and allowed me to polish my skills within service, as well as get a sense of how the different areas of a restaurant work. The second workplace was in the center of Stockholm, hosting around 600 people a night along one of the more lively quarters of Stockholm. This allowed me to use my skillsets as a bartender to comfortably stand behind the bar while serving and entertaining our guests.
