Hello, I'm Albano.
My ambition is to open my own bar/restaurant (Cocktails&Pizza) in 5/10 years.But to begin with, I want to put my love for cocktails and my creativity in mixology at the service of a beautiful establishment in which I could climb the ranks !
Even though I don't have a lot of experience in the bartending world, I know that my sales and professional experience in general can be useful for a cocktail bar or hotel. I have gained a lot of experience in customer relations, and believe me, I have learnt over the years that customer loyalty is essential! Knowing how to listen to the customer is not something you learn in books, but on the ground, as I experienced. Even if the EBS training is complete and perfect in my eyes, to teach us the gestures and the cocktails to know, it does not teach us the customer relationship! I have these skills for myself thanks to all my past experiences.I am a person who, when she likes her job, gives not 100% but 200%, for the good of the company and the colleagues. I am very family-oriented at work. It's a spirit that suits me perfectly. I always put the customers and the company I work for first. Another quality that I possess is that I am a relatively calm and serene person, which allows me and has allowed me to manage conflicts between clients sometimes without difficulty. The EBS training gave me all the necessary knowledge to work in the Bartending field, as far as the knowledge of cocktails and mixology is concerned.
