Hello, I'm Margherita.

I'm Margherita, a sunny and friendly girl from Italy with a special passion for agave spirits. I am a very energetic and positive girl, I work well in a group and I believe that a strong and united team is the basis of hospitality.



Before working at the bar, I was a children's educator, and it helped me understand that we can learn something from everyone we meet along the way, which is why I love listening to the stories of the people who frequent the bar. In 2021, I started working at the bar, at Perdita, in Barcelona. I then moved on to Bistrotto in Liguria, where I started as a bartender and then moved on to manage the bar. I stayed at Bistrotto until 2024, and it's a place where I learned so much and where I was able to define the word "hospitality." During my years at Bistrotto, I also began a wonderful collaboration with Velier, which I still maintain today and which has given me the opportunity to have many wonderful experiences and meet wonderful people. In 2023, I won the Duppy Share competition organized by Fine Spirits with the cocktail "Sapore di mare". I subsequently worked in a hotel in Champoluc in the Aosta Valley during the winter season, where I also managed the hotel bar. In the hotel, I learned the beauty of tailoring an experience to the individual; one thing I really enjoy about working at the bar is being able to develop a cocktail with the customer, based on their tastes and mood. Then in the summer of 2025 I worked at Tiglè, a beach resort in Genoa, where I managed the bars of the facility, so from the morning coffee bar, the evening terrace bar and the disco bar. I love the bar and everything that revolves around it, I love interacting with people and listening to their stories, I love being able to be that person who makes you smile after a difficult day.
